It had to happen didn't it?

Unfortunately, my previous good-willed journal entry has been negated by some kind of a horrible flame war that seems to have erupted over by my last Sci-Fi APC render. Some complete loser has taken a clear and irrational offence to my APC looking ever-so-slightly like something his fevered and obsessive mind envisaged (in his Killzone-addled and socially-restricted brain) but couldn't quite grasp.

I do not know why. I think he just has serious people-issues.

I unfortunately have to take everything I said previously right back. DevianART is just as guilty of harbouring illiterate and undereducated morons as every other site on the Interwebs.

This is a dark dark day.

I've been around the Internets now for a good 10 long years now, but never in that time have I found such a kind, friendly and amazing community. Everybody I've spoken to via deviantART has been genuinely brilliant - kind, constructive and helpful, not to mention extremely talented in their own special ways.

You should all be proud of yourselves for making such a great community. Keep up the good work; I know I'm proud to be amongst such fantastic people!
